Is there anyway to take it apart and rebuild it? If not what is a good motor to get?

It's a bare-bones basic closed-endbell "stock-style" motor, so it's not intended to be rebuilt. But they are cheap, really cheap, so if you enjoyed it just pick up another. That's probably your best bet. As far as potential others to replace it with? There's really so many options it's not worth going into or speculating.

Okay, what about a descent cheap motor? My girlfriends dad had said something about a fireball motor. Are they any good?

I went to Hobbytown today and they had I believe a Trinity 17-turn motor for 34.99. I'm probably going to get that one.
