Built on a tube-style chassis with a realistic look, the HIGHroller has front and rear skid plates, vertical aluminum shocks, an extended-cab long-bed custom truck body and chrome 320-series wheels with low profile all-terrain tires. Losi backs up all that incredible detail with a power system that offers plenty of torque and speed for rolling on the street or taking to the backwoods. A Losi 12RB electronic speed control with reverse routes power to the LM-32K performance motor, all run through an ultra-durable planetary gear differential drivetrain. Additional features like captured rod ends for increased durability, and an easy-access battery compartment for quick battery changes all make the HIGHroller run as great as it looks.

Ya know, as you will all find out, I always have something to say.

Losi is trying to capture a market that Traxxas dominated in 1994, wit the debut of the Stampede. Adding a few things, such as the aluminum shocks, still doesnt make up for the 14 year deficit of competing.

At $179, it is right in line with the XL-5 Stampede, and i am sure will have its own points that are superior, but bottom line- they missed the boat! The near vertical shock postition leaves me wondering about high speed handling. The body is MUCH better than the Traxxas, IMO, so they did in fact, get that right. However, NOTHING comes close to the now gone Pro-line F-150 for the Stampede. Best body ever. Ever.

Losi does not include their 2.4 radio as well with this model, obviously to keep the price down. $10-15 more, and include a better radio and they would have drawn more appeal. A true basher needs more meat in the A-arms as well. The Pede/Rusty/Bandit/ Slash have some meaty a-arms, that take a helluva lot of abuse- i dont see these measuring up at all.


Call me a skeptic, but i dont think this is the Answer Losi was looking for.

you mean a scale CORR truck?AE now has one,but its a kit,someone on another fourm simply hates the Slash and said the AE Sc10 would be better.......but it just dosent match,a kit vs a RTR.....
