Got my first clod in 1995
Co-operator of a local indoor carpet offroad track since 1994
Had many sponsors over the years.
Right now its ThunderTech.
Racing in NRCTPA since 2001, and I am a Regional Director
Lost my job this year 8-11-08, yea it sucks
Im 42, married and 2 kids.

Scale racer... I have a slash, it is new still in the box, with the shrink wrap still on it. I will open it soon.

For local racing of the slash, they are keeping it cost effective. No hopups other than radio gear and servo. That way the class will remain fun and anybody could win (depending on your good or bad race day ).

If anybody has a questions, Im more than happy to help. If I dont have a answer, ill tellya, I do not coat anything with sugar.

Sounds like you've got some great background...

Sorry to hear about your job, my father is a Manufacturing Engineer and has been laid off multiple times due to companies moving over seas so I know what its like. Best of luck to you
