Ohh yeah, my headlight come on 50% power as well as tails at rest, head lights go 100% at throttle on, and tails go 100%at braking, once brakes are released they return back to 50%.. everyone at the track loves the working LEDs..

looking real nice let us know how the paint holds up after a few rollovers, may have to scuff and paint mine if it lasts a bit.

Nice job!! Looks like the real deal, 'cept the lights. While its cool to have lights, I just don't remember Corr trucks running lights. But nonetheless nice painting and its your truck so if you want lights you can have lights. 2 thumbs up!

Thanks, I know the CORR doesn't have lights, and they really don't have the huge front bumper either but I really wanted the brake lights so the guy on my rear bumper would see when I applied brakes instead of drilling me through the hairpins. The other racers and all of the spectators love the functioning LEDs.. and they only pulled an additional 200mah out of my LiPo during a race.

Here's some pictures of my SLASH, it isn't a clear body, i scuffed and painted over the stocker, I designed the sticker sheet and had a shop print them... Let me know what you think, I'm thinking of doing other trucks.. I hope Lucas is sending you a check each month ;D Otherwise my concern would be what sort of paint you used on the outside of the body, because I can tell by the shininess that it's not RC paint. And if you used enamel, and didn't use lacquer, I'm wondering how long the paint will last before it starts flaking off in huge hunks as the it cures over time.

The Original reason for the LEDs was to help me distinguish my SLASH from the rest during the race. They Did. *grin*
