You can also go to your local feed and supply store and buy this tape they make for wrapping horse's ankles, breathable and comes in different colors, and only sticks to itself. We used to run it years ago, I still do when running at dusty tracks.

I didn't put the part # in because there are several options.I don't know which he wanted,I figured he could do that.
