It seems that a lot of newer electronics are not compatable from brand to brand, I don't know why this is, as it used to be that people had all sorts of mis-mash mixing going on inside their vehicles.
But at least Novak is looking into it, yet IMHO if you're going to upgrade to LiPO you should upgrade to a better brand of ESC that has a LV-cutoff anyway.

not to mention if you need waterproof you shouldn't be running a lipo anyway  |

not to mention if you need waterproof you shouldn't be running a lipo anyway .....not to mention that thought they say they're "waterproof" that they're only really "water-resistant" --- that and considering the whole rest of the vehicle, including the metal gears in the tranny, aren't really sealed and were never designed to be under water - I'd guess the lipo consideration would be the least of my concerns .........now if I was getting an rc boat........ |
