Ok got the e-mail thing figured out for you guys who wanted to receive e-mails...

PM's:
-Go to your inbox -> Preferences -> and set it up through that.

Bookmarked thread replies:
For threads, go to your bookmarks -> Preferences -> and set it up through that.
