transmission problem

OK i just got my new lipo for my brushless slash but to my surprise wen i got it charged and took it out to test it about 3 minutes later the fun was brought to a end with a striped gear in the tranny . the next day i bought a new one and the same thing happened. does some one have a solution to stop this.

p.s. the lipo is a 3s 5600 mah and the slipper clutch isn't tight

mostlikly the gear was to loose with the other gear. u need it to be not so tight and not to loose cause if it is to loose it will strip.
