we had our first indoor race for the winter and now have an open SC class. Mostly sc10, a couple of losi and 2 slash (there is also a stock class for slash) and i run a mamba max with a 4600kv motor, 2s lipo, stock front tires, j concept goose bump rear tires, HPI thick diff grease, 40wt on four corners, stock spring. I added 1¼oz on the front end to have more steering.
we have some pretty good driver at this track (Keven Hebert, sponsored by AE was there in buggy 2wd class...) and I managed to qualified 3rd in the Amain and finished 2nd 5 sec behind the leader on a 5 minutes race.
i was actually really surprise by the truck! i also race with a factory team t4 and b4 and the slash is close to the times of the t4!!
