Get the RPM stuff for less than $10. When you can afford it, get the Traxxas big bore shocks. The RPM stuff and big bores will really bullet proof the Slash.

Yea it will, but not for castor blocks as if you get in a crash they wont just break/snap off like the stockers, so instead the bend the pin; therefore causing more damage. Stock or aluminum is the way to go for Castor blocks.

actually I have found RPM castors to be great, I have broke 1 but with that warranty they are just nice to have. As for bending the hinge pin, they don't bend as much as people have said. I had them on my slash, rustler, and pede
