I took my Traxxas slash to the skate park for the first time:). I jumped down the quarter pipe about a 7.0 foot jump. After that my motor was starting to make a wierd noise. My friend then came to my place once I got back with his r/c. We were racing then at full throtle he bashed into the right back side of my motor and my r/c did a bunch of flips and the noise got worse. I'm not sure if it's something with the motor thats wrong or something wrong with the gear's. If anyone knows what could be wrong with it please just post a coment.
Thanks ;D

it sounds like a gearing problem. A big jolt can change the motor position which will either move it away or toward the slipper gear. Both will cause noise. try opening the casing and resetting the motor. Sometimes you can get debris between the gears which can cause noise. Try cleaning them while your in there.

When it first happend I did position the gears at a good position that way they are not to tight and they are not to loose but its still making a wierd noise but its driving just like it used to.

im thinking either the motor moved, its trying to strip the spur, or something in gears maybe with the open bottomed gear cover?
