i was wondering how to get the rubber seal off of the bearings and what would be cheap but good lubricant

To take the seal off of the bearings all you have to do is to get something with a sharp tip. Then take the tip and slide under the seal. Gently pry the seal off and be careful not to damage it. If it does get damaged it is no big deal. I run my spec racer without any Shields. Of course I run my Xtreme Low friction bearings.
I also have a oil that I distribute and it is only $6.99 for a whole ounce. That is plenty to last you a very long time with RC use. All you have to do is to apply 1-2 small drops onto the balls behind the seal. It works like a charm. It is the same stuff that the military uses on there predator aircraft and some of there other robotic equipment.
I sell bearing kits, lube, and soon to come shock covers. The shock covers are still in the testing stages to make insure that they are reliable. If you need anything feel free to send me a pm.

alright i would like some shock covers when you get them perfected and maybe some of that lube, but i have to buy some shock oil first
