It sounds like something has stripped in the diff. The motor and spur gears are fine but I have no drive. Where do I start looking?

I know it sounds strange but check your wheels and hex bolts you may have rounded one of them. Ive done that a few times.

Check the pinion too. mine was loose out of the factory. Slipper clutch backed off too far?

the best thing to do IMHO, start from the wheels and work your way back to the motor. checking the hubs, both ends of the wheel drive shafts, making sure the set screws didnt back out, making sure your silpper clutch isnt backed out, and that your pinion gear is tight and the set screw is in place. that way you will most certainly come across something fouled-up

Ended up being a stripped wheel hex. Fixed and back on the track bashing it up.

YA IT WOULDNT BE THE INSIDE GEARS BECAUSE THEY ARE METAL. UNLESS YOU HAVE A HIGH POWERED MOTOR.

CHECK YOUR SLIPPER CLUTCH !!! IT MAKES A LOUD NOISE WEN SLIPPING SO IF U THINK UR GETTING TO MUCH SLIP THEN TIGHTEN IT
