Battery Help

Iam new to the rc world so any help would be great
My frist rc the slash has been really fun to drive i have a por-match 4600 7 cell battery and have ran it for seven times and its been great.but today whene i ran it it only had half the porwer so i reprogram the esc like the book said and no help i ran it ang check the motor and it was cool then i check the battery and the frist two cells where very hot.
I been charging with a onzy 230 and the way pro-match said
so i need some help

call promatch or recharge it and it will explode then send it back lol. basically it sounds like 2 bad cells. ive heard they replace them if they go bad.

I try to recharge it my charger would just kick off like it was charge so i check the volts in each cell and cell no. 2 was zero and all the others where 1 1/2 guess its time to call pro-match

I have got to add that Pro-Match is the best company i have every use.
They are good people to deal with and there products are great
