My Slash Mods & Upgrades: Mamba Max ESC/4600KV System Integy 8 Cell 9.6 volt 4600 mah Battery Aluminum Shock Caps Single Piston Shocks 40 Weight Oil Front / 50 Weight Oil Rear RPM Front Suspension Arms Hinge Pins Drilled and Lubed Rear Camber Links Modded to Mount in Upper Hole Lower Shock Mounts Moved Out One Hole Geared 18/83 Proline Hardcore Body My Brother's Slash His is the red bone stock Slash. He hasn't even put a number or any other decal on it. He runs 2400 mah 6 cell batteries. Here is the cool thing though, we both love them and both have a blast running them. That is the great thing about a Slash. Someone like my brother who works a lot and just wants to grab something and bash it when he has time loves the Slash. Then you have someone like me who is off at three everyday and is a constant tinkerer who absolutely loves it too. I hate to admit this but when we race he can hang with me. We usually just run laps around buckets in the yard. Half the track is grass and the other half is the dirt driveway. He just keeps it slow and steady while I blast by him on the grass, barrel roll the turn, and spin on the dirt. The races are usually pretty even. I'm sure on a maintained track my mods would give me an advantage if I would learn to let off the throttle a little but I think it is great that no matter the experience level anyone can have fun and enjoy a Slash. Traxxas I hope you read this advertisement and send me a check, LOL.
