My son Del (Del-Air) was on his way home from school Friday, was crossing the street on his bike, and got hit by a teen aged girl going to pick up her brother. He broke both the Tibia, and Fibula on his right leg. He had to go went into emergency sugary Saturday morning at 6:20 am for excessive swelling, and to have a steel bar placed in his Tibia. He is in a tremendous amount of pain when he is not on morphine, and Vicodin. He is scheduled for sugary Monday afternoon to clean out, and close up the incisions the surgeons left open to reduce the swelling. He probably will not be out of the hospital until Tuesday.
Except for a few hours here and there, I haven't slept much in the last two days. I don't know if he will be well enough to walk around RCX this year, but he may be in a wheel chair. He is in ward D, 3rd floor. room 57 of the:
