Hello, All! Short RC background on myself... I live in SE Wisconsin, I'm married, have two step-children and two little girls of my own. I design and cut vinyl decals as a hobby so my RCs always have custom numbers, logos, and graphics. I'm also big into Legends racing and own/run the website RCLEGENDS.com. Got into RC about 8 years ago. Been racing 1/8 buggies for the last 6 years and finally gave it up to race a Slash. Too much going on with my four kids and all their stuff to have the time for nitro anymore. Also, finally having a scale appearing/handling race truck available made it an easy choice. Now I just keep my two 5000mah LiPO packs topped off and I'm ready to rock at a moment's notice.

No kidding. In my Slash I run a Novak XBR with either an SS5800 or a 13.5 in it. I can top off a lipo and 5 days later I can head to the track and get almost an hour of run time. No charging glow starters, starter box batteries, receiver packs, washing air filters, and needing a pit guy. Our group of Slash racers marshals after our race then we all sit around for an hour relaxing and having a good old time. Racing doesn't get much better than this.
