To post pictures, you will need a place to host them. One of my favorites is Imageshack (http//www.imageshack.us). There are also several others out there that will host your pictures for free.
After you have uploaded your picture, they will provide you with a list of links to post in the forum. Copy the one that best applies to insert into your post.
In your post, click on the
button, and then insert the code between the 2 img sections. These are called tags, and tell the message board it needs to show the image. once done, just click post message. You can also type text in the message along with the picture or pictures you wish to post.
