I'm new and just wanted to say sup. I'm new to this forum but have been messing with rcs my whole life (i'm 13) Thinking about getting a slash for christmas. here's the kits that I have now: Hpi micro rs4 (stock) Hpi sprint 2 drift (mamba 69k brushless, up-graded diffs + front cvds) Traxxas xl-5 rustler (going through a 4wd conversion very slowly) Sportwerks chaos (ofna picco p-zero motor, mini inferno wheels/tires, a ton more mods) Micro-t (brushless, aluminum, carbon fiber, etc.) Kyosho Lazer Zx (original lazer zx) Tamyia clod buster (also original) pics of the micro-t and sprint 2

Welcome! I like that mini buggy. Yeah it looks nice and all that but it really isn't. Its a sportwerks chaos that was oriningaly 100 bucks it broke some much that I've replace gears and tons of parts a ton of time. kit $100 new motor $40 starter box $40 Air filter $16 replacement servo $16 15 + replacement gears at least $75 5+ clutch shoes at least $35 (they last like 20 runs tops) 3sets of wheels/tires $35-40 dollars better rx battery $15 better rx $0 (cause I used what I had) 2 sets of diffs (2front, 2rear, 2 center)$100 So thats about a $500 tab and the car barely runs.(also thats not including glow plugs + gas) thats why I want to get a slash

I did not even notice it was a Chaos, they are certainly known for being problematic.
