its hard to explain but its the part on the bottom of the rear skid/bumper set up, its the sides that snap over the skid plate.on mine the left one (if you were sitting in the truck) pops out and down.
the other side is held in place by a screw ,this side isn't. this has happened almost every time i have run it. im surprised it hasn't broke off.
just pops out and i end up getting stuck on it.

I had the same problem. Here's what I did to solve it. First, remove the rear bumper assembly completely off the truck. 3-4 screws. Then make sure the groove that is in the bumper extension for where it goes over the skid plate is clean of dirt etc. Then, take a sharp hobby knife and trim the front of the bumper extension at a 45 degree angle so it will not drag when the back of the truck bottoms out anymore. Since doing that, I haven't had the problem any longer .

Sounds like it might be a good "How-To" or "Tip" for the website once it gets going.

Also, if you have a steady hand you can drill a 2mm hole thru the side and into the brace. Then thread a 2.5mm cap screw (like the ones for axial beadlocks) through the side and into the skid. No more coming off problems!

My truck did the same. I will look at it when I take it apart for the first time. Need to do that soon before the next race. I like the screw idea above.
