the HardCORR body looks better when it isn't painted in the lightblue/yellow combination. the ol' IRONMAN colors are so much better

While I'm sure that proline had a reason for painting the spec hardcore body that way for a reason, likely to aid in showing off the body lines, I'm also a bit of a fan of old-school paint schemes. Back in the day it was if I could easily pick out any car or truck on the track from a good distance just by it's colors, or livelry (sp?), whereas now-a-days I have a terrible time..... .....and especially in today's RCing where people either take the lazy man's way out and just do a one-color plain-jane paint job or they go for one of those everyone-looks-the-same fade paint jobs --- I just hate it. |
