it's too expensive tha's why i got a slayer.

if you only have one r/c it's not too bad to pay 700$ (it's 850$ here in Canada, plus 14% taxes, so close to a thousand!)
but since i can't stick to one r/c, the slayer is a much better choice! i just got it and i can't wait to drive it next summer against the sc8.

but to really answer your question, a guy that i race with bought one and he loves it, except he broke the rear bumper 2 times already

they arrived at my lhs, and I gotta tell ya they look awesome I manage to get a free ride on a display model, and this thing is awesome, so smooth and much more controllable than a slash, only thing that sucks about it is that it has no reverse

my friend just picked one up, he paid $650us, he bought it in new jersy. i checked at the lhs and they want $889 canadian(duty& tax included).
he broke it in then let me try it, damn things fast and fun but doesn't handle like a slash,lol i haven't tried a slayer yet. i might go for the slayer just based on price. soons it drys up enough around here(damn rain, and now the grounds frozen) he wants to race a guy we know who has a slayer

A buddie and I got them, What a blast. I just wish there were more people in the LA / San Fernando area that had them so we could get together and run. We have been running at HotRod Hobbies.
