Actually it still isn't running, i am waiting on my dx3r to come back from spektrum to use that radio on my dt as losi just don't care about their customers. Care to elaborate? I know you dropped it and the screen broke. Did you expect them to just ship out a new one? Brian, please inform yourself well of what i am talking about before you say something, i am not talking about the spektrum radio that my friend dropped to start with, i was talking about the radio that comes with losi dt, with regards to the spektrum division i have nothing but high praise for them, as another vendor in the other forum actually helped me out and they will fix my radio, i pay for everything i buy and don't expect freebies from anybody, i am only stating that i bought an rtr with a defective radio, contacted support, twice, and never heard back form losi.

How am I to conclude that from what you wrote? It sure sounded like you were complaining about the radio. Sorry but it was not clear. So how did the other vendor help you out?

Like i said, initially i was complaining about losi's c.s., i am waiting for my dx3r to come back serviced from spektrum, the person that helped me out contacted someone from spektrum's service dept. and i was asked to send my radio for service without any paperwork for my radio. I appreciate spektrums c.s. for doing that, as for losi a simple answer of we can't or we can help out would have been enough , but i never got any answers from c.s. and that is just wrong IMHO.
