Just picked up a Kyosho TF-5. My first on road RC.  Its a pretty quick ride. Came equiped with a Novak ESC. Drifts like crazy on super smooth concrete. |

 yeah, i got the on road itch too. dont really plan on racing it. here it is after a few runs and with some added decals and stickers. the big orange one on top is from local bar from here in Korea. This thing is a pain to work on though. some of it is a little bass ackwards. and it had some defiencencies out of the box. i had to replace the motor mount screws because they were already stripped and caused the motor to move. once i got that fixed i took it out and thirty seconds after i pulled the trigger one of the teeth of the spur gear got bent, making it sound kinda like when kids put a playing card our credit card in there bike tire spokes. At least Kyosho is big here and the local hobby shop carries lots and lots of Kyosho parts ;D Here is an updated pic with some new rims and tires. they grip the mad but ive already worn them down. still fun!!  |

Just got this Bandit turned Rustler that I bought from a member of this site. Took a while to get here, but it happens. Not to worry, though, it didn't arrive broken. I did that about five minutes into its first run. But that's ok. I was planning on going RPM on all four corners, and now this gives me a reason. I've got some plans for this truck and will probably document the build on BYT.  closer shot of the broken caster block  |
