I have made a list of the most quality parts you can get for your slash without wasting money on plastic RPM parts. These parts are from various companies including: integy, team strc, gorilla maxx, proline, and traxxas.
These parts are: Integy Evolution Front Bumper/ Skid Plate Part 1 Team STRC Front A-Arms Team STRC Front Chassis Brace/ Skid Plate Part 2 Thunder Tech Outlaw Chassis Team STRC Rear Chassis Brace/ Skid Plate Part 2 Team STRC Rear A-Arms Integy Evolution Rear Bumper+Mount Proline Split Six Wheels mounted on Bow Tie Tires M2 Front Proline Split Six Wheels mounted on Bow Tie Tires M2 Rear Traxxas Big Bore Shocks for Slash
If you choose to modify your slash, do NOT choose parts from RPM. They are a ripoff and are just about the same as stock. Maybe a little lighter. But only a little. If you want other aluminum parts, STRC and Integy are the only two that actually have enough to call stocked.

the S-10 is not the Silverado. the S-10 is different than the silverado. its a small pick-up, but discontinued it in 2004. they replaced it with the Colorado. but RPM is a very good company. they are WAAAY better than stock! if you went head on at 40 with a stock slash except for VXL and 2S Lipo and a slash with RPM Parts and VXL and 2S Lipo(except castor blocks, go with traxxas or STRC on those) and had the RPM front bumper, the one with RPM parts would come out in one piece. you can ask many people where their RPM front bumper has saved their cars many times, where the stock one wouldve just broke off and not asorb any energy. not trying to start a flame war, just trying to get the facts straight. but to all its their opinion.

aluminum doesnt asorb the energy. aluminum transfers the energy to the next weakest link. the a-arms are one place that should and need to stay plastic. replace that with RPM A-Arms. Here's a link for ya. Do your research first before buying all aluminum. it will pay off instead of money wasted. trust me. monster.traxxas.com/showthread.php?t=487353

They are a ripoff and are just about the same as stock. Maybe a little lighter. But only a little. If you want other aluminum parts, STRC and Integy are the only two that actually have enough to call stocked. You wanna stay away from Integy as much as possible as their aluminum parts are like butter. Hot-Racing, STRC, and Golden Horizons (GH Racing) Aluminum parts are solid great parts, but dont get aluminum a-arms.
