Looking at them again, I think the single color paint job is not helping them. Also, the small one with the painted windows really doesn't help the look.

Yeah, maybe with a descent paintjob they would look alright, but that white is killing them lol.

ya there are some of them that look awsome but also the wheel wells are cut horribly

i have the mini desert truck has the insane 370 motor full ball bearings ball diff dual disk slipper trinity off road monster tires and some cvds

The desert truck I got for christmas is my first rc. Can anyone suggest some cheap easy mods that i can do to increase speed and durability? I already switched to dean's plugs and got rid of the connectors on the motor wires. I know about brushless motors and LiPo batteries....remember i said cheap! Other than that it's all stock parts, so any suggestions are welcome!

if you check around you might find some alum. hopups, but losi dosen't make much hop ups for their trucks

I was talking with a friend about the sc10 and he mentioned that losi's xxx-cr had an extended chassis, i dont remember if it does. but if it does then losi's not far from an AE type corr truck. all you'd need is some xxx4 buggy arms and a trx or AE body, right?
