Could try to clean them out with motor spray and re-oil them, but usually if they reached that point they are done. You might get them to roll again, but not very smooth.

I have broken a couple wheels, and bent the shafts of both rar shocks, but thats about it. And those probs were my fault because of how I was abusing/seting it up. It bent the shaft shortly after moving the rear shocks to the outermost arm position and landing big jump straight on the rear wheels. Same for the broken wheels. I have run 5 3000mah 6 cells and 15 4500mah 7 cells thru my truck and the stock titan runs strong still.

You might get them to roll again, but not very smooth. could soak in some marvel mystery oil for a few days then clean and relube. But like mentioned it's probably never going to be 100% and 1150 bearings are cheap enough to just replace with new.
